Likely seedling of either Del Rio or May, used as the rootstock for the Jade tree acquired in Gainesville. Allowed the rootstock to grow a shoot in Feb 2022.

Update2024-04-29 22:07:16Vegetative flush is very vigorous. (not pictured) The last few flowers have just finished up, and haven't fallen off yet, so still a tiny chance of fruit.
