(August 8, 2026) Post dig up transplant -- Dig up going well- no shock yet. Around a foot of new growth over summer.
(February 9, 2026) Spring Thaw update -- A lot of dead foliage, but the main trunk is green.
(December 21, 2025) Post-Flood Early Winter -- some leaf cold damage.
(July 3, 2025) Summer Update -- Lost most of it's prior leaves. GREAT new leaf growth coming in! No loss of leader height.
(March 13, 2025) Spring Thaw -- Leaves dead, but main stem surprisingly green.
(February 21, 2025) Spring warm-up Update -- Main stem solid, leaves fully damaged. buds might have survived.
(January 26, 2025) Frost Damage Report Mid-January Freeze -- Tree is in moderate condition. Upper leaves seem the most harmed by the frost, and lower leaves and leader look healthy.
(September 22, 2024) First in ground report -- Planted well.
