(December 19, 2024) A photo update -- The tree is growing well. Continuing to push new leaves in this winter. I had some little flowers at the end of summer too! I will make sure to add those to future reports. I wasn't able to finish preparing the in-ground area for it for this winter, so next Spring is when I will get it in ground for proper testing. I have a great full-sun spot.

(December 8, 2023) Frost update -- Surprisingly little frost damage from 28°F. Some leaf damage on new and recently hardened leaves, though older ones look fine.
