(January 26, 2026) Update -- No sign of damage to the rootstock stem, and the graft looks great.

(April 14, 2025) Grafted -- Grafted high with Gloria. Will be attempting to root the removed top.
(March 16, 2025) End of winter -- Some damage to leaves and slight discoloration of stems, but generally this one did great.

(January 17, 2025) Pre-freeze update -- Looks good so far.
(August 31, 2024) Update -- Has grown nicely this year in its pot. Was just planted out to pass the pot along to the next generation needing potting up.
(December 8, 2023) Frost update -- Slight damage to new leaves from 28°F. Very pale leaves overall, might be extra sensitive to cool temperatures. Will feed before spring, just in case it's low N.
